Andreas Gläser

Andreas Gläser was born in 1965. He started his literary career in the early '90's when he wrote short stories and articles for fanzines such as Zonenzombie, Brillenschlange and Eis-Dynamo. Currently he is the co-editor of Zugriff, a fanzine dedicated to the once mighty football club BFC Dynamo. Gläser has done exactly 555 book readings, from Berlin-Steglitz to Seoul. Prior to his first novel »Bambule Berlin« (I.P. Verlag, 2010) he wrote two other books, namely »Der BFC war schuld am Mauerbau« (Aufbau Taschenbuch, 2002) and »DJ Baufresse« (Gustav Kiepenheuer, 2006). As DJ Baufresse he is alo putting on long forgotten ska and surf vinyls. Don't miss it.

His new book »Bambule Berlin« is dedicated to all the old East Berliners, a time travel to the year 1978. And there was only one relevant question for a lot of teenage troublemakers: BFC or Union?
